Rebirth

A journey into wholeness

This class is designed to hold space for participants to explore your own birth and the doorways within which birth provides.  Based on the model of the inherent support created by group intention and dynamics, we will journey into our own births to contact information needing our attention and/or healing and to learn about what our birth is teaching us about who we are on every level.  

Dune Primrose can be found in your backyard in Arizona.  This flower essence encourages the resolution of any birth trauma and/or disconnect from the mother soul of the world.

Birth is a deeply informative event both for mother and child.  Many of the birth practices that were demonstrated when we were born were deeply disconnected from natural instinct, and honoring the mother and child.  This event has impacted our subconscious and our core entry into this world.  This class has been designed to help us contact our birth and to see it's teachings as well as make peace if need be with any trauma or disconnect that resulted from our birth journey.

About how this class was discovered and birthed

During my pregnancy and then in further personal meditations I relived my own birth.  I remembered the doctor's hand's on the back of my head and the fact that the first contact I made with this world was the latex on is gloves.  I remembered feeling confused about my entry and the bright lights in my eyes.  I also remember feeling the metal tongs on my own placenta and watching my friend of 10 months being put in a metal bowl and wondering where it was going.  This remembrance was profound and deeply healing. I remember being put in a nursery away from my mother.  I discovered upon further inquiry that I had a core belief that 'love doesn't stay' something I had come up my whole life in deep relationships and it confused me.  It was upon reliving my birth that I was able to get to the CORE of this false belief.    I journeyed back to my birth and made peace with all the pieces understanding all happened as was possible during these times.  I took my placenta out of the hospital trash and planted it in the cosmos and honored it appropriately.    It became clear to me after this journey and the healing that took place, that I would love to hold space for others to contact this space as well.  It was through that journey that this class was birthed.  ~Michelle

This class will be composed of guided journeys, the sharing of information, group sharing, group ceremony, as well as personalized flower essences based on your personal journey.

This class is for everyone and based on the understanding the group that comes together for each class is inextricably connected and brought together to contact the information we do for the benefit of the whole.  I look forward to journeying with you.

***Rebirth journeys are also offered as a private 2 hour 1:1 session.
