Conscious Conception and Birth Choices

This session is for women and/or couples choosing to conceive.  The space is created to engage around any emotions, fears, or potential blockages that you feel may be coming up around your birth choices.  We will explore your emotions and perceptions around pregnancy and birth and support you in contacting any emotions that are coming up to be expressed, understood, or released to move forward into conscious conception.  A customized flower essence blend is also part of this session for you and/or your partner to assist in your process.

90 minute session $150 (includes flower essence/s)

$125 without flower essences.

Session conducted in person and via phone consult.

Conscious Pregnancy & Birth Support

This session is a 1:1 session for women and/or couples to support instinctual awareness as the primary guide for your pregnancy into birth.  This space is created to contact any emotions, fears, or perceived blockages that may be coming up regarding your pregnancy and upcoming birth.  In these sessions we explore areas such as your own birth, your beliefs around birth, trusting your body wisdom, as well as exercises to explore these areas on your own to strengthen your trust and clarity in your innate knowing.  A customized flower essence blend is also part of this session for you and/or your partner to assist in your process.

90 minute session $150 (includes flower essence/s)

$125 without flower essences.
