Clarifying your Pathways to Birth Teleconference Series
I am presently offering a 6 week teleconference class series where we will explore your awareness and perception of the potentials for your birth experience. The goal and intent of this class is to help you connect with your instinctual awareness helping you to glean clarity from within regarding your birth choices. This is based on the understanding that the mother, and the family, knows intuitively exactly what is needed for the optimal birth experience. The intent is to help you anchor into this instinct and make your choices based on love and not fear. We recognize no one can control or predict how your birth will play out, but they can interfere. Moreover, we can release fears and beliefs that may be interfering with making birth choices rooted in love & instinctual knowing. Only you know what’s best for you. This class is offered for couples but is also available for just the birthing woman.
This is a 6 week series. Class is offered via teleconference call bi-weekly. In the event that you miss a class, there is an opportunity to have a private session so that you can then join the group for an additional cost. Each week you will be given a flower essence to work with the present area that we are working with. You will receive 6 flower essence blends at the beginning of your class experience to work with throughout.
This class class is open to mothers, couples, birth workers, and just women choosing to learn more about the sacred way of birth.
Class Curriculum
Week 1: Personal Story & Birth
Your beliefs about birth are imprinted through your own birth, societal imprints, familial imprints, and personal beliefs. In this class we will first explore your own birth and your beliefs around birth.
Week 2: Body Wisdom & Trust
Your body physiologically & instinctively knows exactly how to release your child naturally and gently. It also knows instinctively how to guide you when it is requiring help to achieve harmony. In this class we will be connecting with your body wisdom and supporting you in trusting your body & self to surrender ot the natural process of birth.
Week 3: Exploring & Dissolving Fear
We sometimes fear what we do not understand or have fears based on past experiences. These unexplored fears can inform the choices you make around birth as well as your birthing experience. In this class we will be exploring your fears around that may come up around birth and will explore ways in which we can gently integrate and dissolve them.
Week 4: VOICE. Honoring you & your child’s Voice.
How you prepare the space for your birth is up to you and your family. It is your voice that can guide this process whether it is setting up the room for a homebirth, to writing up your birth plan. My son deeply informed my birth choices through dreams and meditations and even guided my postpartum choices. It was profound to see how his choices and what he shared with me about him are so clear in his character today. In this class we will contact not only your voice of knowing, but also will guide you into ways you can listen and be guided by your child's voice. We will ask your child's soul what they choose for their birth.
Week 5: CHOICE.
We have contacted our root system, the beliefs we have about birth and how our birth impacted us. We have connected more deeply with our body wisdom and inner knowing. We have asked our child to guide us in our birth choices. With all that information we are now going to look more deeply at what we choose after these weeks of self inquiry.
Class 6: Group Blessing Way & Sacred Circle
At class 6 will have a group blessing way where we will come together in sacred circle and prayer to support and bless each other’s individual choices and visions. There are some sweet surprises we have prepared for you. You will receive as a sendoff gift of the flower essence “Labor Angels” for your day of emergence.
About your facilitator: Michelle Peterson is foremost a mother to her son who is her greatest teacher and mirror. He was born in the privacy of her home with her midwife and beloved. She has been working with individuals holding space for personal empowerment via consciousness coaching and flower essence therapy and has offered 1:1 sessions and group workshops across the country in the arena of self awareness and spiritual growth for 10 years. Her pregnancy & birth journey was a profound journey into her wise woman within and is passionate about holding space for other women to access this innate space of knowing. She holds sacred space and facilitates inquiry to stimulate the awareness of what she calls instinctual awareness to arise naturally from within.
Logistics:
Course will be conducted every other week.
Class time will be from 3:00 pm to 4:30 pm Arizona Time (Same as Pacific Standard Time)
Cost: $250 ($50 per class, the 6th class is no charge as it is ceremony)
Includes 6 flower essences and 6 classes.
2 Scholarships are available, please contact for application.
2 partial scholarships at $175 are also available.
Payment received via cash, check money order, or credit card. Payment plans are available.
No one will be turned away due to lack of funds.
Applicants are also eligible for a 1:1 coaching session at 50% of the cost.

Applicants are encouraged to contact me for a free 30 minute consult to ask any questions about the classes and to determine if it feels like a match. This class is also open to childbirth educators, doulas, midwives, and mothers and their partners who choose to learn more about this topic.
